Round 1 Rotations 2015

We do not, as yet, have the finalised rotations that we will be offering for August 2015.  We hope to have these ready for publication by early January at the latest so that there is plenty of time for you to consider your options prior to giving your preferences at the selection centre in February at Round 3.

We have left the 2014 Rotations on the site to give you a flavour of what we will be offering.  We will update things as soon as we are able.

Round 2 Rotations Finalised

We have now finalised the rotations available in Round 2 Recruitment.  They are all highlighted on the relevant pages  and are summarised below.

Rotations For 2014 Round 2 GP Recruitment

We are still finalising which rotations we will be offering in Round 2.  What we are certain of is that we will be offering 4 Rural Track programs, 2 in Orkney, 1 in Shetland and 1 in Western Isles.

Our Grampian rotations are full however there are some excellent opportunities available in the Caledonian program in both the three and four year posts.  As soon as these are finalised we will post them on this site.

You have till 5pm tomorrow Thursday 3rd April 2014 to apply so don't delay!

Rotations for August 2014

The rotations that we will be offering in each of our three programs will be finalised in January 2014 and will be posted here.  In the meantime you can see examples of our rotations on the main blog under each of our three programs, Grampian, Caledonian and Rural Track.

Recruitment Round 2 Rotations Now Finalised.

The rotations for Round 2 are now finalised.   There are no 3 year rotations in the Grampian Program and only one in the Caledonian Program.  There are 4 year rotations in Grampian, Caledonian and Rural Programs, details of the specific rotations can be seen on the pages above.

So why not seize the opportunity to come and train in one of our rural general hospitals and ejoy the fantastic scenery and lifestyle that they offer, such as in Shetland pictured above or Orkney below!  

 

Stop Press! Some Late Changes to the Grampian Rotations

We have made some late changes to the Grampian 4 year  Rotations. 
We have removed one of the orthopaedic posts in the 4 year program and replaced it with Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

The rotations on this site have been updated accordingly.
